Extremely informative staff and staff that will work and liaise with you. Also, I needed the toilet, and it was warming to see women's products in them, for free, and a lovely member of staff instantly complimented my outfit and asked where I got it from, minutes of me entering the building, which *the outfit* I wasn't sure on. But it really boosted my confidence. It really is the smaller things. Thank you to J-G in management for saying hi after months of communication too, and thank you for continuous communication. I look forward to what I achieve in the next few months with you.Thank you.❤️

Stay well away from these people they are vile and corrupt they do not help you they leave you when you need them most if you are in danger don't think these people will help one word for them and it's scum of the earth.

Awfully runThey Don't listen at all.I asked for a supporting letter they emailed me an attachment that was empty I told the lady over email 3 times and still nothing. And all they say is I'm sorry your going through this!!!!!If these are the people we rely on for when we are going through Dmv we stand no chance. I'm struggling to get a few lines on a email to help me move away from a stalker. This is how women get murdered and end up in Morac meetings because we are waiting on emails for nearly two weeks. God help us

Worst management ever to work with!I started my job with Black Country Women’s aid a month ago as I applied for the part time weekend worker. On my second week of induction, I found out that I will be the only staff working in a whole building.. working with clients and also checking on clients in other homes, this so called and so selfish manager who has absolutely no work ethics knew I have no experience in the field expected me to know all ins and outs of the job within a month of working part time without even providing me enough training, she created scenes to put me in the situations to humiliate me in front of the other staff.HR is just a puppet who do absolutely nothing! Not a good place to work at!! Wasted so much time!
