I had new windows and a front door installed last week and I cannot fault the service whatsoever. In the initial meeting, Ian was very helpful in helping me understand the best products for my building type.Having met with other companies, I assumed the the Nottingham Window Company quote would be expensive on comparison but I was pleasantly surprised. Picking them was a 'no brainer' as they were by far the most professional outfit and very good value.The fitters themselves were fantastic. Arrived on time every day, tidied up after themselves and fitted the windows beautifully.Overall, very happy and would highly recommend.

After having multiple quotes from various companies, we chose The Nottingham Window Company to replace all of our windows plus our front and back doors. They had fantastic knowledge about how to choose windows that were aesthetically pleasing for our home and I loved that we could choose any colour for our front door. We were unsure about window combinations and they were able to send us various examples with different windows super-imposed onto our house - this was so helpful in deciding what to go for. The fitters worked spotlessly and their craftsmanship and attention to detail were spot-on. Staff in the office were incredibly professional and nothing was ever too much to ask. Overall we are thrilled to bits with our new windows and doors. A number of our neighbours have paid compliments and have been asking where we had them done. We couldn't recommend The Nottingham Window Company highly enough and thank you so much.

The first bathroom window that arrived wasn’t even the design we had ordered the second one has 2 different size glass panes. When the salesman came to view he was rude and condescending to my wife. It’s only through ill health that I haven’t been in touch with trading standards but hopefully there is time yet.

Having used the company twice already for windows and bi-folding patio doors, they were our first choice when it came to having new front and back doors.The staff are always very helpful as well as knowledgeable and were able to help us select the doors we required.The fitters are the same team and as well as being helpful, they do a great job with the installations, this despite the fact the weather was appalling on the day.We were once again very pleased with the experience and would and do thoroughly recommend them to all, well worth a try if you are looking for a quality products backed up with exceptional service.

We had both front and back doors replaced by Nottingham Window Company. Both look great and are totally draught free and fit perfectly. Excellent service from quote to completion. I recently had complete house and garage replacement windows and doorssupplied and fitted by the Nottingham window company.
