I came to Vauxhall garage to buy my first car. Roland was extremely helpful and was brilliant at helping me pick out exactly what I was after!He was patient, polite, and explaining things clearly so that I understood everything which I found very reassuring as I had never purchased a car before.100% recommend!!

UPDATE...... hmmmmm Ok, so still not resolved. Updates still aren't forthcoming unless I chase and the car, originally expected in November, has now been delayed for a few months. Of course, no-one bothers to let you know unless you query where your car is, then you get told it's a minor delay (3 months, to me, isn't minor but hey ho, what can I say).The tracking link they sent me isn't quite all it's cracked up to be - it shows the car has been approved but no further details hence you have ZERO idea of what's happening whereas the staff can see far more. If only they'd actually be a bit more forthcoming with info. I'll get Christmas out the way and see where we are then. If they're still as uncommunicative, maybe it'll be time to look elsewhere.----------------------------------Ok, so a rocky start to ordering a new car with communication/updates from the staff at Crawley being absolute zero BUT I have to say, Mark (one of the managers) has been a godsend today and has kindly sorted out most of the issues I had, hence I'm now able to track the progress of my new car and I can check on it whenever I like.

I came in to buy a new Corsa and met Roland who was immediately very helpful and showed me a number of cars. I found one then cam back the next day and changed my mind - chose another and he was excellent and very helpful. He explained everything clearly and was not at all pushy - great example of a good sales person. Thank you very much - a really good experience and a new car to boot!

Wanted to get an MOT done to my car after 6 years of service for the company to find out that my appointment has been canceled by Graham Masters for the reason that I am banned on site.6 years of service were just wipped off.
