A fantastic service by extremely friendly staff. I called in not really sure of whether I could get an old head torch repaired or not and they were hugely helpful and answered all of my questions solving my problem.Top service!

Had a problem with the battery not charging on hp30r.I explained the problem to them and sent a copy of my receipt, and had a new battery pack sent in the post the next day.Excellent service, highly recommended.

Brilliant service, excellent communication, faultless. Had a problem with a fenix torch, purchased elsewhere. They gave excellent advice to fault find the problem, then requested the torch to be sent to them for analysis. Battery fault found, or rather it was left to discharge flat for too long. Battery replaced under warranty, even though it was my fault for not caring properly for a battery with no circuit protection.Brilliant. Thanks chaps.

Can't rate My Fenix/The Photon Shop highly enough.I had a fault with a Fenix TK60 and Fenix head office put me in touch with these guys. Superb customer service from the outset. They fixed my problem by fitting a whole new torch head under warranty with no quibbles and no charges with a super fast turnaround - even though the torch hadn't been purchased from them! Next time I need any Fenix product I will be back to this company like a shot!
