Good customer service but the only down side was they don't offer refunds!? Well not with me,I bought bed but the sale fell through on my flat & I asked for a refund but they refused saying it had been over two months since I bought it!?? It could be months or even a year before I get another place! So under the circumstances I thought they might of been conciderate and given me refund as the bed has been sat in warehouse untouched!!

Luke is a life saver!!! I turned up with urgent need of a king size bed base and mattress. Click of a finger it was in my van loaded and sooooooo cheap!!!! Highly recommend and I shall be using them again when working in the area. Thanks Luke

Excellent service, super friendly, great beds for great prices. Super quick delivery, when they heard I was sleeping on a camp bed they said they would deliver it the same day! Bought, delivered and set by the delivery staff within 90 minutes of my purchase, unbelievably quick.

Selling old, refurbished mattresses. After a week of using it was sagging like 10 year old mattress.Staff is nice when you pay, then arrogant, entitled and rude when you raise a claim.

Absolutely fantastic service. Went in the shop Saturday, ordered all we needed within 20 minutes and delivered this morning Monday 3rd April. Brilliant service and rare these days.

I have been buying beds and mattresses here for over a decade now, very good deals on top brands just had my new superking bed and matress delivered and am very pleased, don't waste your money at dreams and furniture village etc, go see Richard and the team at Kaos, you won't be disappointed, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
