Had an incredible experience at this gelato spot. The staff were super friendly and made the visit even better. But the showstopper was their special of the month—White Chocolate, Pistachio & Pomegranate Cremino. Trust me, it's a must-try. Can't wait to go back!

One of them decided to close early so we went to the one located on the bottom floor towards the end. The lady was lovely and let us try the samples for the gelato. amazing customer service !!!

We decided to get 3 gelatos from this place and was absolutely amazed at the deliciousness. I chose the mint chocolate gelato and there was chocolate pieces in the gelato which was really yummy. Very clean, seating looked nice and clean too. Would definitely recommend and will be going there next time I visit the Trafford centre.

Gelato was very tasty and there was a good selection with everything you would expect and more, but my word is it expensive! Lower all the prices by £1 per size and it would be a definite 5

Excellent ice cream, lovely friendly staff. Just a shame as a company you don't value your staff. I overheard one of the christmas temp staff laughing about the fact that they were getting paid more than their permanent staff. That is not how to look after your staff. I will not be buying your products again

One of the worst and most expensive ice creams I've ever had.Everything looked really nice but the ice cream was very poor quality and rock hard (the guy had to chisel it out of the tin and actually dropped the tub of ice cream when he tried to add the 3rd flavour). It was very overpriced for the small serving, £6.50 for 3 flavours, which I wouldn't have minded so much if it was good.The pistachio flavour did taste faintly like pistachio but the hazelnut and chocolate flavours were so awful they were inedible. It's a disgrace that they can call this rubbish gelato. I wouldn't ever go back.
