STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE !!!! Atrocious customer service. Spend thousands here only to get treated like dirt . The stitch came off from my bag .she told me is was normal I wasn’t allowed to exchange or return because I had used the product. She don’t have a clue about the products either because what ever I ask she can’t give me the answers.just because I wear my work clothes and walk in your store. You think I don’t have money and treated me like dirt . PLEASE DONT JUDGE THE BOOK FROM THE COVER!!!!

Absolutely horrendous store - spent 4k on a bag here and we we were spoken to horrendously and the employees demonstrated huge lack of knowledge and professionalism. Left feeling awful and made a direct complaint to Head Office upon exit. Avoid this store AT ALL COST! Go to any other store if you want LV or purchase directly online. I have never in life had an experience as made as this. Shocking. Please close this store down or replace the majority of staff. Shocking brand representation for LV

Atrocious customer service. Spend thousands here only to get treated like dirt. I was sold a damaged product and when I brought it back 2 days later after noticing this, I was told that this was normal. I wasn’t allowed to exchange or return because I had used the product. When you ask to speak to a manager, they all claim to be managers. They don’t have a clue about the products either.

When you visit the store you have to register to go into a digital queue which is normally over an hour long. Even if you know what you want to purchase you still have to wait in this digital queue. Only plus side is you can carry on doing your shopping elsewhere and once you reach the front of the queue you’ll receive a text message and you can head back to the store. Aside from this the store is great but customer service good be better.

Very, very unimpressed with some of the staff members here. They would act and speak differently to people who were a different colour to them, I felt very discriminated. Walked out after wandering around looking for help but none came. Avoid.

We travelled from Nottingham to the Louis Vuitton store in Birmingham as my partner was treating me to a handbag. Everyone in store was pleasant and we were greeted on arrival. The store looked immaculate and they had the bag I wanted in stock. I left some feedback on a customer service survey as I was disappointed with the way my initials had been hot stamped when personalising however a member of staff (Georgie) called me within a couple of days and asked how I wanted to rectify this. I was amazed by her customer service skills and how she wanted to make sure my issue was resolved. I had a new tag sent out with the way I wanted my initials within a couple of days. Excellent service from Christopher W. I had previously read the reviews online and was sceptical about visiting the store. I went to just look at colour/print options in the flesh with the intention of later ordering online. However Christopher completely made the experience for my partner and I. He was really professional and more than willing to help, whilst showing me all of the options available (of which there were loads) in a relaxed manner he made the sales process memorable and actually enjoyable! I came away with a bag and wallet in a completely different colour and print combination to what I thought I wanted! Thank you Christopher. You deserve recognition for being exceptional to deal with.
