Lovely trip for my 3yr old grandson. We saw the black swan, cormorants and the heron. Touch points and seats were sanitised before we boarded and sanitiser was available for personal use.

Lovely scenic trip. Rather pricey tho. We saw wild birds and trains. Shame the promise of cake was not possible due to the Mad Hatters closing at 4pm rather than 430pm as we were told. Maybe we should have stopped the first time we passed. Nadee pub were very hospitable and provided toffee pudding. We Were looking forward to Homemade cakes tho.

Website states they run a return service to the nearby village of Willington when in fact they only run trips. There is no boat service" to the nearby village.Following the owners reply: Our website says we run a regular return service…ie to Willington and return to the marina….which we do. We do not and have never offered a drop off in Willington .......A service implies delivery to and from with the ability to get on and off
