I loved the sheesha. The flavour was on point. They came and delivered on time and the guy was really polite and sweet. They also kept in mind that I had school runs and picked it up in time and again he was really polite and asked how it was. Really would recommend hookah Xpress and would love to order again soon. The best quality shisha I've had delivered. 10/10 on quality and customer service. Very professional and helpful on flavours and did a great set up for my sisters birthday party. Would highly recommend !

Great shisha! And Really good prices the cheapest in birmingham we found everywhere else we called was more expensive. Normally flavour burns out really quick but the flavour lasted long, smoke wasn't harsh at all. Also 10/10 customer service kept me informed on my order through out.

From the initial phone call right through to the collection of the shisha the service provided by Hookah Xpress cannot be faulted.The prompt updates regarding the order was brilliant. The quality of the shisha smoke was brilliant and the shisha’s themselves were of fantastic quality. I’d definitely recommend Hookah Xpress’s service to anyone who would like that shisha lounge experience at home. Will definitely be ordering again.Thank you!!
