Hickory Dickory's

We went for the Halloween event with my 5 and 3 year old. It was fantastic, much better than I expected. The party rooms were transformed into a photo opportunity room, a cake/biscuit decorating room and a crafts room which had absolutely loads of really good quality crafts in. The staff were amazing and had obviously worked really hard making it look amazing. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We had a great time I would highly recommend.

My 4 year old loved the soft play here today! Lots to keep them entertained and the café had a good selection. Certain areas could do with some TLC but overall a nice place for kids. Not much going on for very young children in terms of sensory play etc so definitely more suited for 18 months+

Had my 6yr old granddaughter's birthday party here. We were allowed to bring her cake and light candles.Loved it. Kept the kids busy and no cleaning up after..highly recommend

Kids played for 2 hours, took them to the toilet, ordered food which took them ages to serve and now received this parking charge claiming we were over 27 minutes late. Nobody mentioned about parking restrictions when we booked the slot and paid for the food. Spent good money and now slapped with this £100 fine.I won't be taking my kids there ever again!

The place is in a terrible state of disrepair. It smells really musty in there, and there's just an overall feeling of it being grimey and grotty. Meant to take more pics but didn't get chance. However, just picture loads of stains on carpet and rips and tears in most of the soft play areas. Took my little one out of convenience but would not recommend.

Keeps children very busy, and food is worth the money but I do have to say that the toilets do need more of a clean or at least an air freshener as they always smell. Nappy bin is always full and can smell toilets on approach to them. Other than that, though, we have an amazing time there. My cousin loves it

I'm giving 5 starts just because I can't give more! Is not enough to express my gratitude to each person working at this place. They made my son's birthday a very special day, with their dedication and kindness, the manager, our lovely hostess Sarah, and each and everyone of them. THANK YOU GUYS. With all my heart, thank you very much! Christian loved every second.

Absolutely rubbish place to visit.Rude staff.They can address the issue polite way made us look bad and treat us like a culprit. Little incident and all staff made my family and my friend's family to leave site without refund. They charge £45 and after 15 minutes push ,force us to leave.Such a horrible lady on reception disgracefull manager Not recommended to anyone.I hope the Owner will change Manner less arrogant , and Resist Manager Soon.

I visited last Wednesday and it's a great soft play! There was loads to do to keep my children entertained, I ordered food and found it to be reasonably priced along with the drinks and the staff were lovely and helpful! The only reason i could only give 3 stars and not 5 is around half 1/2pm one of the staff members was going around all the tables with the vacuum cleaner and vacuuming around everyone in seating areas even when some customers including myself were trying to get enjoy our food, I understand cleanliness is an important factor when it comes to the running a soft play but i feel like it was abit of a turn off having vacuums going round while trying to enjoy a visit.
