Extremely happy with the service I received this week, when I sold a car to them. Jason was very helpful, very nice to deal with and it was the quickest sale I have ever experienced. He was straightforward and friendly, no hidden costs. We agreed a price and the sale money was in my account within 10 minutes. I was even given a lift home! It was such a positive experience and i would highly recommend and will definitely return if I ever want to sell a car again or purchase. Thank you Jason!

Had an emergency with my windscreen wiper and it was pouring with rain..was passing CSG on the off chance someone could help me. Jonty and the team were extremely helpful and with the wiper fixed I was able to continue on with my journey. Professional and excellent customer service.

Really happy with the service I get here.We have three cars in the family and whilst they are generally quite reliable I always feel that I’m in good hands when calling on the services of the team at CSG Motors.I generally use the Little Chalfont service centre and am always satisfied with the service I get, but also the way I hear the team (both service advisors mechanics) interacting with each other and with customers. They are very professional.Ultimately, I want four things from a garage - competence, professionalism, trustworthiness and value for money, and feel that I’ve now found one that’s delivering against those.

Bought a used car. Before purchase we had an independent mechanic inspect the vehicle, he found two issues with air conditioning and brakes. They agreed in writing to rectify before purchase, and within 3 months both items had failed. Disappointed with after care, didn't respond when asked to rectify without charge, no further communication from them.

Although I braced myself for a stressful several hours to find and purchase an automobile, CSG Motor Company has changed the game. I was treated professionally and respectfully. My Salesman, Jonty, was really courteous and efficient and didn't play the pressure tactic of the salesmen of old. If you are a lone female buyer: I highly recommend them.

On stepping into the showroom we were made to feel immediately at ease. We dealt with Chris Veal and the manager who were both very approachable and friendly. There was no hard sales pitch which we really appreciated. The whole process of trading in our car and buying another was easy and straightforward. Chris will go above and beyond to give excellent customer service therefore we wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

The remote control key on my rented car was not working. Avis were frustratingly unhelpful. I stopped by at CSG hoping, but not really expecting, that they could help. They were in fact very friendly, open and helpful. I left with a new battery in the remote - free of charge - and my faith in humanity restored. Thank you! It may seem a small thing, but it mattered to me - I could continue on my journey relieved of that worry!

Sales department are friendly and efficient. Chris Veal was particularly good and has excellent Customer Service Skills and nothing appears to be too much trouble. Amanda in serviceis so kind and lovely to talk too and makes you feel at ease. I would throughly recommend this Garage for all your car needs.
