My car had a fuel leak. My Car recovered by the AA to this garage very late in the day, just before they closed. I had a call before 9am the next day to tell me my car was ready to be collected. They'd worked late to fix my car. Absolute hero's. What an awesome service. 1000% recommended.

Was so glad to find a decent garage in Reading after an awful experience with VW. These guys have done a few things on my car now and have always got me in quickly, I’ve rung them when I’ve broke down and managed to get my car to them which was sorted the next day, communication is great and they are all so friendly and transparent too. Won’t use anywhere else whilst I live here, thank you all!

Recently used PL Autos after a recommendation. Needed quite urgent work doing with an unknown problem. They were able to fit me in and diagnose the car really quickly. Unfortunately dodgy previous mechanics had left the car in a bad way but with open communication from the team, they fixed and got the car back up and working. Really impressed!

Been taking my cars here for over 30 years. They do MOTs - and they are very fair, not trying to make money by failing things just so they can do the repairs. When I have needed work done on the car, the price has been good and the quality of work has been high. It's a busy garage but there is a reason for this - they have built up a solid business and reputation.

PL Autos are trustworthy, helpful & professional. Unlike main dealers, they’re fair in their assessments & so is their pricing. They’ve never tried to convince me to have any work done that wasn’t strictly necessary. I’d never go anywhere else. They’re also lovely chaps!

If you believe that all garages especially main dealers exist to rip you off you are probably not alone. Take heart because PL Autos are a decent, honest straightforward repair and MOT business that obviously believe in proper customer service. After many years of dealing with them, I am still impressed by the level of care and interest they show in maintaining customers' vehicles.

Went here initially based on reviews of fairness and trustworthiness and I couldn't agree more. They squeezed me in on short notice on a busy Sat morning in October to have a few checks done before I drove to Ireland. I then had my MOT and a full service carried out here a few weeks ago. They are friendly, honest, efficient and will go out of their way to do what is best for the customer. Highly recommend!

Great reliable service. I need to know that when something is fixed it actually is. PL Autos will give me a good assessment first and repair options. I and my company have used them for more years than I care to remember. Definately 5 star!!
