I booked an engineer visit to swap a fuel filter for today. No one came...I phoned and was told that the engineer was on another job but would be with us at some time after 4 o’clock.At 5.20 I went to the (now closed) site office. They were closing but gave me a phone number for the chap who we were told was coming to do the work.I phoned him and HE KNEW NOTHING about it....This was urgent work for a Boat Safety Certificate testThis is disgraceful.... If the job could not have been done today, I should have been told...not lied toNeedless to say you no longer have my custom

First experience they overfilled gear box oil on a service, resulting in loads of oil in bottom of my engine bay after a couple of hours of travel. To their credit, they did come to clean it up, so I thought I would give them another chance for some engine warranty work that needs doing.Made special trip of over an hour drive to Marina. They did not turn up at agreed time. First two phone calls was told engineer was on way (from other side of Marina!), and after 1.5 hours on third phone call was told one engineer had gone home and one had gone out on a call, so they wouldn’t be coming.I made all the calls. I had no contact from them. So my experience on two occasions now has been poor work, and now lack of professionalism. I will be avoiding in future, even though they are on site.

Professional job at the right price. Even coiled my deck ropes up again.

Emailed in September looking for prices for various work carrying out on the hull of my boat. 2 weeks later heard nothing. Went to the office, made to feel like I was an annoyance and they finally found my request still in the email system, 2 weeks later again went into the office as still not heard anything. Was told some one will be in touch within a week. Here we are roughly 3 months after the email sent and still not heard anything. Don't worry though had work carried out elsewhere. Won't be trying this boat yard again anytime soon. Unfriendly and unresponsive.
