Huge pet shop with good variety. Prices are in line with what you'd expect. Large range of snacks/treats for dogs, including ice cream! Plenty of KONG products but would like to have seen some of the Chuck It branded items in store too.There'd been a few puddles" created indoors

Brought some gorgeous little budgies from here! I was able to purchase all the bits required to set a prefect home up for them, large range of toys, treats, cages, accessories and much more!

Jollyes has always been my go to for all things dog! The staff are always very friendly and hands on, they are knowledgeable and always equipped to help. Jollyes range of products for my dog has been amazing and the price mark is even better! Always recommend and have pointed other pet owners their way, all have been impressed

Called to book my puppies second injection told them the date of the last one got booked in. When we arrived which wasn't a short drive for us we were turned away saying we missed the 4 weeks even though was told on the phone that it would be okay aviod like the plague

Normally great but it seems they have basic stock for exotic pets

Hit & miss if they have what I want, although I can order it online.Staff are very friendly & will offer to help carry any large/heavy items to your car.

Some staff are super friendly and customer-focussed while others are more focussed on gossiping with each other than serving customers. A couple of times I've gone in for my monthly 10kg bag of own-brand dog food to find it out of stock with an unknown restock date. I'm sure they know how important it is to not change your dog's complete food too often. And delivery isn't an option because I work strange hours. Also, the most recent bag of food is different, despite being the same flavour - smaller kibbles and the smells isn't as strong. My dog loves it more though, which is great, but it would've been nice to be informed of a change in recipe so we knew to expect the change in poops while she settles on this 'new' food which is supposed to be the same. Finally, some toys and treats are very over-priced - I mean, a quid for one tiny chicken foot?? - while others are good value (pigs ears, although you have to rifle through the scraggy ones to get to ones worth buying...). Quite a few of the more popular toys and treats can be found much cheaper in B&M a couple of door away.

Lovely big branch, wish it had more cat treats and milks as it's a bit on the small display side. Always clean and staff are super helpful and friendly. Give great advice and offers are great I recommend getting the app. Great parking lots of spaces and good amount of disabled bays too.
