NO EMERGENCY PROTOCOL IN PLACE ……Avoid at all costs I used this company In 2021 an still am yet to receive my diagnosis to refer to my GP when calling the office to Assist me with this on numerous occasions I am being goaded by admin staff who are answering the phone an laughing and mocking how distressed I am .. I’ve waited nearly 2 years for this email as this company uses two many 3rd party marketing platforms that you actually don’t know who you are dealing with majority of the time .This company use offices on an adhoc all over the city an leave no paper trail in regards what so ever.I had to call an ambulance due to having a panic attack due to medication being prescribed with no follow up .. I explained I am also dyslexic hence having to get a neighbour to help me make this complaint and I am being mocked by the admin staff Vanessa Kayembe who is now saying she also dyslexic and cannot Assist me .. not what you expect when you spend thousands on a private mental health diagnosis .. the diagnosis has a man’s name on it and total wrong information I am clearly very distressed with how I’ve been treated for the past 5 days but admin staff are mocking me which I have all on record an will not put me in touch with emergency out of hours
