Great place to keep your boat. Watch out for the low tide, reduces access for an hour or so, couple of times a month.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere around the cafe. I always look forward to visiting.

Superb location, very popular so can be busy. Limited parking, so best fing Street parking or car park, all very close by. Good menu and friendly service, food costs slightly high but portions very genourous and frankly, nowhere nearby compares to the atmosphere or service.

Lovely venue by the water with boats. Can join and sail or just book and eat at the restaurant.

This afternoon I was intimidated by a member of staff after spotting him damaging my boat. When I challenged him he denied it despite him damaging it right in front of me. When I asked for his name he responded ‘Are you trying to scare me by asking me for my name’, then saying ‘go to the office if you want, oh wait it’s closed (Laughing)’ He then squared up to me and told me to ‘go home and forget about’. This has now been reported to the police as criminal damage. I will provide further updates as appropriate as this scenario plays out with the owner on this google review site.Unbelievable as this sounds it’s the most shocking customer service I’ve seen in my 47 yrs.For others considering this boat yard you should read the other reviews where similar behaviour and actions have been reported such as lack of any professionalism/ duty of care or as below, subversive behaviour where dumping rubbish in owners’ boats has been reported.....For example see this recent review below - 1 of several....Disgraceful customer service. Love this place. Tranquil, relaxing and a lovely Mediterranean type feel to the cafe. Staff are friendly and helpful. They love dogs there as well

Gorgeous food, lovely wine, friendly staff. Stopped for an unplanned lunch with my dog, wearing my 'scruffs' but still made to feel very welcome. Will definitely go back with my other half and dress up a bit more!

As a boat transporter I regularly visit Parkstone Bay Marina, the yard staff are spot on, friendly, helpful and hard working. The facilities are fantastic and drivers are allowed full use of the showers etc. The on-site cafe is delicious, welcoming and serves a great breakfast.The brokerage team work hard for their clients and I am always looked after. The boats are always ready to go, with the paperwork checked.Modern lifting and moving equipment makes loading and unloading quick and effortless.Can’t recommend them enough, thanks gang!Robin EdwardsRMS Boat Transport.
