These people are amazing. Louris handled our initial sale and was spot on from the get go. She came prepared with a file of research on similar properties and was thus able to provide a reliable quote. Their fee is fixed so you know what's what upfront and we had appointments come in thick and fast and feedback was usually the same day.

I am a first time seller awaiting finalisation of our sale.Really happy with the service Dunn & Rate have provided so far; friendly, quick to act and immediately responsive via email and phone. Helped with every query we had. I believe the company is 'big enough to cope, but small enough to care' which is just what you want when going through the house selling process. We also enjoyed the quirky/personalised house 'write up' for the website, something which puts a unique stamp on your property. Overall 5 Star customer service. Recommended!
