The team from Heatwave have just finished removing a bath, installing a shower and moving a radiator. From beginning to end, every person who has worked on the project has been committed to leaving me with something I'm absolutely pleased with. One of the best things was listening to them problem solving together and then consulting me on the best way forward. I have enjoyed having them in my home, and love the results of their careful, skilled work.

Excellent speedy service. Boiler went wrong, engineer came within a couple of hours, repaired with new motor that fortunately he had on the van and our heating was back on, working well in no time. Would definitely reccomend.

I have been very pleased with the service from this company, both for a boiler service and some plumbing jobs. This includes the admin team, who were easy to deal with and kept me fully informed, through to the service engineer and the plumbers, who were polite, worked well, kept me informed of the work done and altogether professional.I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I would always recommend Heatwave, what an amazing company. Not only have they carried out routine servicing on my cooker/boiler ,but they have helped me out when it breaks down. They are always polite, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. If you're looking for good, old fashioned, proper customer service you'll get it here and the standard of work is top class too.
