Ordered online, click & collect during Corona period, a door bell kit. Collection was quick (3 hrs from order time), efficient & friendly.I can recommend as alternative to screwfix (where I would have to wait for 3 days for processing my click & collect order).Recommended if you live in Stirling area

Ordered what I needed online, I received a phone call the next day to advise me it had arrived in store and on arrival at the branch I was met by a staff member who explained the social distance arrangements in place. Literally waited 30 seconds and I was on my way. Definitely use this branch again. Well done.

Good service and any info needed was quickly answered, Also for our purchase to given a Next Day Delivery without a problem,, Unlike when we went to Wickes for the same product and was told we couldn't have a Home Delivery , So Hence we walked out and came to Toolstation a place we should have came to in the first place.

Ordered click and collect, had it picked in no time despite social distancing etc. , Two staff members on duty were really good, friendly, engaging, fun too, despite all the distancing... Were a really good crew (2020.05.20 afternoon). Will be back. Oh, and cheaper than Screwfix for the same items too...
