Great products great customer service! Everything arrived well packaged and in good order. Very happy with my purchase. I had to adjust the delivery date due to being away and the customer service handled it without any problems, my pallet order arrived bang on the agreed date. Highly recommended.

Initially bought stove rope, completed my order, paid and realised I had forgotten to add rope glue. Sent an e-mail to explain my mistake and could I add the glue to the order before it shipped. Prompt response, yes, which colour and size required and it can be added and the parcel left completed. 48hr Royal mail service and propmt tracking and delivery. Brillaint service throughout.

Can't believe how some ppl don't give 5 stars I did purchase pizza oven kit 4 weeks after I received my delivery which was quicker then I thought by the way. My builder open the pallet with the staff we found out that one of the item slightly damaged I contacted them I thought they will say no cos 4 weeks after delivery but instead they apologised to me and sent the replacement 2 days later very very impressed the oven is in process way cheaper then get it online

Great product, well made and does exactly as advertised. Easily ordered online and customer services team were very helpful when I needed to contact them. Would of awarded at least 4 stars, had the courier company delivered on-time. Given the extra cost of delivery, the service was slow/poor.

Good customer service, very easy to deal with and good communication. I live locally and arranged collection.I am building my second DIY (gym ball) pizza oven, the first one works perfectly and I have agreed to make another one for my daughter, managed to get everything I needed. (Vermiculite and Heat Screed)

Excellent company, products and superb service. I had a few firebricks damaged in transit, contacted them via email and what a pleasure to deal with. Refund or replacement bricks offered. Great company. Also price for firebricks cheaper than local company and that was including the pallet delivery costs to Scotland

Bought a Pompeii 100 from Vitcas and so far I am really happy with it. There's still a bit of work to do on it, hence no pictures, but it's now rendered and had it's first proper use on the weekend (slow roast lamb, potatoes, aubergines and carrots). Turned out perfectly!The service from Vitcas was superb. I reported a cracked base upon delivery and they arranged express delivery and collection of faulty part for the next day. Price is very competitive too.Very happy with my decision to go with Vitcas.Rob
