LEFT MY NAILS THROBBING.This is the last time I will go. I asked for them to look like a member of staffs who were so nice. I have always had the ladies do my nails and have been fine. The guy slapped on thick acrylic powder right down the sides and made them so wide. They have never been like this! I had it dripping off ends of my fingers and all under my nails. He had to then get the electric file and go all underneath my nails and they are red raw and I kept jumping. Never been so unhappy £37 later

Amazing an cute place ! thank you for always giving me the best, most natural looking nails. Always friendly and willing to squeeze me in! Would deffo recommend.

Been going here for about 18 months now and my nails are always incredible! the whole team is lovely and they take such care with shape especially and of course the nail art is amazing! 10/10 reccomendations xxx

Gel pedicure. Skin on my feet was over razored - the hard skin at the edges of my heels and toes is uneven were little chunks have been taken out, and sore to walk on. The skin on big toe was shaved back so much it was bleeding. I didn’t realise until after I left and there was all blood in my shoe, though the technician must have realised given how long in the process between that and my nails being finished, and said nothing. Can’t help wondering now about the hygiene considering this - were the tools/foot bath sanitised before/after for the next person/gloves changed. I didn’t see anything to suggest so. Been before and been happy with my finished nails but thinking about it they always switch techs between clients for different stages and continue with the same tools.

Such a lovely shop and welcoming staff. Had my nails done here as i had them done somewhere else prior and didn’t like them. They kindly re did them for me and now they look amazing, thank you!
