Terrible Customer Experience; especially the Service Care Plans they sell to the customers. Got mine last year, cost me £ 1,100 and I was told it will cover the Engine and Transmission services for 1 year; and this year they refused to do the transmission service.Registered a complain with them and it took them 1 week to call me back and then another 3 days to sort the issues that were their own fault.Really upset to see such a sub-standard customer service from a premium brand.

3 hours in the freezing cold stranded. If you buy a smart car, make sure you have roadside assistance as you will need it. Car was fixed by Mercedes-Benz central Manchester. Ignoring the AA's report of the starter motor being faulty they changed the battery. Last night the AA had to be called out again. Just 2 weeks after it being in Mercedes-Benz central Manchester. For a fix they cant fit it in until a week on Friday. AA says the starter motor is still faulty. Until this time im left with no car and Mercedes-Benz feel this acceptable.

Edit: They are now saying there is no record of my first visit where they have diagnosed the fault had to order some parts, under warranty ... (Although I have some emails discussing it). Very unprofessional. Especially when this diagnostic was done within the manufacturer warranty, and they are now saying because there's no record they can't cover it...Both headlights now need to be replaced, coincidentaly".Update: it's been over a month now and I am still waiting basic informations

The service I have received has been faultless. My car was delivered from Manchester to Bath, Elliott was very helpful during the sale and David could not have been more pleasant when delivering and showing me the car. I am very happy :I also had a query and contact customer service a week after the sale, who resolved my query on the day - I was concerned about buying from here when I read the reviews, particularly regarding after sales but the service I have received has been outstanding. Thank you Brett for your prompt response.

So disappointed with the dealer. The car was inspected and they need to order a part from Germany. Impossible to get anyone from the parts department on the phone. I took three weeks for the part to arrive. I took another two week to book appointment with curtesy car, because they told me the car needs to stay with them for few days. On the day of appointment (when I was actually driving to the dealer) I got text message that they won’t be able to provide a curtesy car and need to schedule another appointment. Another few days and another change of my timetable because of this.I wanted the car to be also serviced and sat nav to be updated. The girl assured me that this can be done at the same time. When arrived and remind about the sat nav they told me they are not sure if this can be done at the same appointment and maybe I need to book another one.The curtesy car………won’t call this “curtesy” at all. Told me that the car is diesel, but was actually petrol. Inside looked like never been cleaned or someone lived in it for few months. No fuel, no screen wash, broken screen wipes. Didn’t have the nerves to argue……After few days collected my car without any document about what was completed/ inspected. Two weeks after that got an email that the car is for MOT. Another two weeks and “check your break pads” light is on on my dashboard.Next time will try Stockport

Complete dissapointment.I payed for a service and never received one.I had my car booked for diagnostics and was told there is nothing they can do about the problem, they were not sure what the problem even was. Complete lack of further advise on how I can fix my car, the representative I dealt with was incompetent as to what my car issue was and kept going back to ask someone how to answer my questions. I understand they don't want to take responsibility due to the nature of the fault, however I was not provided with the service I payed for. I did not receive any diagnostics or a quote whatsoever. I payed under protest and will be taking further action as this is against consumer rights.

Looks like the sales reviews and repairs/servicing reviews vary massively, here's my honest review on the repairs side.The bad:- No courtesy car available, I booked short notice so fair enough but this is standard for most franchise dealerships- Asked if I could collect the next day, was advised I couldn't do this and had to come at 5pm the same day- Was advised a same day turnaround if I dropped it off in the morning, car wasn't even checked on the day, received two calls late in the day asking to come on Saturday and then another call advising Monday, AFTER asking if I could come the next day and after I re-arranged my own plans- Was advised I would be called to be notified of progress though calls were sparse and it was generally me doing the chasingThe good:- Repairs were done to a top standard and warranty covered a few issues- Mercedes's main call centre is generally very helpful- I booked in fairly short notice before warranty ran out- Jeremy seemed friendly enough, though I appreciate the busy nature of the job can be gruelling, was also apologetic when I came to collect- Car was valeted on collection- Receptionists were friendlyThe garage appears to bite off more than they can chew and could benefit from spreading work load out a bit more, updates would be good and better expectation management. Don't mind the time being taken as long as I'm advised of the progress, and a courtesy car would have been a lot more helpful.
