Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, very well explained at each step of the process with regular un-prompted updates to ensure the process went smoothly, of particular note was the constant checking Liam did in the background with solicitors and mortgage lenders to ensure delays were kept to an absolute minimum.Liam comes across as extremely knowledgeable and knows his industry and vast array of products very well, I particularly like his no nonsense approach and also how this approach to his service was relaxed and not stuffy like some other finance professionals I have met in the past.A real credit to his industry and I will use him again for any future financial help, I would have no hesitation in recommending Liam to friends and family in the future, 10 out of 10 !

I became aware of Liam's services through a friend of a friend and could not be any happier with the recommendation.Liam has been attentive throughout the whole process, as a first time buyer and going into a Right to Buy process with my mother, there are many things I was unsure about. But Liam walked me through the whole process, explaining things in as much detail as needed for me to follow. We had regular meetings until all the paper work was completed (which he turned around very quickly). In less that a week he had made the application and mortgage was accepted. This is all down to how thorough he is with the prep work/documentation. He is also very patient and easy to converse with, which takes away some of the formality of the process and makes it more enjoyable. Liam is also very responsive and very accessible through text/call as well as email. Liam helped us get a mortgage for the house we recently bought. Were some complications with the survey; Liam helped us finding a structural engineer to get a report together to satisfy the lender. Meant we managed to buy our home - also in hindsight the mortgage was a great deal. Got a 5 year fix, since then rates have gone up a lot so it worked out quite well.Really recommend talking to Liam if you need a mortgage.
