Staff is not following subway policies making their own rules by their own, Not accepting rewards cards and promotion points.Very arrogant staff. mostly morning (gujarati) staff. I really disappointed with the service and food. recommend to everyone choose better options then this.

I have ordered coffee in store at Monday Morning, it was beautiful day for work, i greeted customers care girl ‘Good Morning’ She just ignored, No smile on face, looks like i am bothering her to make my coffee. Have to learn costumers service from MacDonald’s and Costa etc. Over the coffee was pathetic.

The staff at this store were lifesavers - I needed to cater for a large group at the last minute, and they agreed to a huge order of platters with only about 12hours notice. They were friendly and helpful and the food was great - wouldn't hesitate to work with them in future! Thanks again!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Subway. The two employees working, Jay and Vandana, were extremely rude and unhelpful. They constantly interrupted me, seemed annoyed when I asked questions, and refused to fix my sandwich when it was made incorrectly. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I have to work many hours today, so had no time to cook. Went to this Subway and was very happy with excellent service. My food was packed with care, no rush, no pressure. I asked they names because those two member of staff are amazing. Thank you to Vandana and Jay. Will come again.I have been in different subways in past in different areas. But today I was impressed of the lovely customer service.Thank you
