Great service from start to finish fromall of the team. I lived three hours away from the property I was selling and Alexanders were so helpful in organising every aspect of the sale and keeping me up to date. Would thoroughly recommend.

Honestly, I could not recommend them less if I tried. A comment supported by the following facts: (1) The house undervalued by the Managing director of Alexanders by nearly 10%, issue averted by me holding out for a better value (2) Three office mangers during the sale process, all let go for performance reasons we were told (3) Attended a viewing with no key, situation rescued by our neighbour who attended and stayed to lock up (4) A sales director whose employment status was unclear at the outset and quite invisible (5) When the chain got into difficulties and was on the brink of collapse the sales director informed us that the Alexanders MD had said 'let it go', hardly the attitude one expects (6) The office confirming to us that the account had been settled on completion and weeks later the MD of Alexanders leaving very unpleasant messages threatening legal action because the account had not been settled as they said it had! ................ I tend to try to go with say nothing unless you can say something nice but the rather unpleasant manner in which this sorry episode was handled by James Kirk, the managing director, I believe a simple acknowledgement of their error and a request for payment would have been so much more professional and expected out of pure decency. As I say, I can neither recommend the professionalism nor the attitude, one plus note was they use a very good photographer. Is that enough? Not for me.

Alexander’s helped us buy our first home! Yvonne and Rosemary were both really helpful and friendly throughout the process and were very quick to provide updates etc. Would recommend using Alexander’s.

Alexanders have been an exelent service. We have sold two houses with them in the last few weeks and the support and advice has been amazing. We have been supported by Yvonne and Kay in particular who have chased and worked hard to make sure the other parties and solicitors are woking together to get to the end result.They have offered support and kindness when a house sale fell through and chased other buyers who has been previouslty interested.All the staff helpful and efficent .
