Host Sky Blue Point

I have never had any problems with this accomodation and have enjoyed all of the time that I could spend here. The whole place is clean and tidy and the staff are some of the nicest people I could have ever met. If it wasn't for the fact I was moving into a house I'd have spent another year here.My only gripe with the place would be that I would have liked it to be easier to get to packages during the weekend.

Very reasonable service and standard of living for the price; it's much cheaper that university accommodation. It's relatively neat and tidy, quiet too.They have an efficient parcel system and their own laundrette. Good parking space, for both vehicles and bikes and wheelchair users.The only thing downside is the continuous 'fire drills', they are too rampant and sometimes they seem unintentional. It's a major inconvenience having to stand around outside, especially during winter.that and the find that the lifts seems to shake and make lous sounds when someone is in them.All in all, I am satisfied with my accommodation. It's peaceful and very ordinary (which beats being chaotic, busy and loud). I would definitely recommend.

Constantly being harassed by security even tho I live here. Would not recommend. They charge 440£ for parking even though a place closer to the uni charges 300£ for the year. Lack of facilities and the office opens for a limited time of day so good luck getting your mail.

I lived in this accommodation as a student for 2 years. I am not a driver and was quite attracted by the lower rate for rent, however this accommodation exceeded my expectation somehow. The infrastructure of this accommodation is a little old, but this would probably be resolved by the refurbishment. However I was most impressed by the staff, they were really helpful and friendly despite being briefly interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic. I just moved out today and already I miss the reception full of laughter. In short, it is a quality accommodation with a relatively low price and the staffs (significantly) improved the experience of the student.

I have been staying at Sky Blue Point for the last few months, and I can't express how exceptional my experience has been! Manager Neil provided outstanding service, which is the standout feature for me. His attention to detail, commitment to student satisfaction, and genuine hospitality truly made my stay memorable.Neil went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my accommodation was perfect. He is not only professional but also displays a level of warmth and friendliness that is rare to find.I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire staff at Sky Blue Point. The receptionist is always welcoming and ready to assist with any inquiries. The security personnel were diligent and provided a sense of safety throughout my stay.Every member of the staff contributed to creating a positive and inviting atmosphere. The team at Sky Blue Point demonstrates dedication to ensuring students have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay for students.

Neil the assistant manager was amazing really help me out with my room the professional behavior and support was outstanding we are people and host treats us like i am person and not about money. I highty recommend

I would not recommend to anyone this property.Awfully expensive for an old building.Dirty and old rooms that have a strange smell.No hot water in the bathroom.Not much light and air in the room.Overused furniture.No service available.No one at the front desk.Too often closed.

Nice accommodation, secure and safe. I had a single room with ensuite, shared kitchen on each floor. Laundry facilities on site. Common room with TV, Gym facilities, study room with plenty of plug sockets for laptops, phones, tablets etc.Lots of food outlets, supermarkets within 5min walk. Very very clean in all areas. Security on site makes you feel very safe. Access is via a key fob in and out of the facility to stop any unwanted guests. Lifts and parking on site with handicap spaces.Give this review a thumbs up if you think it would help others.

Because of the abundance of Chinese national students, I received a rather angry notice through my door explaining that their CCTV caught me dumping a massive bin bag full of rubbish outside reception. I went downstairs to clarity that this was not me, and that they had gotten the wrong person.One of my flatmates had a visitor travel all the way from Southampton and he was refused entry to her flat as she did not submit an application in advance to have an overnight guest.
