TCTKD - Thornton Cleveleys Taekwon-Do School

Excellent martial arts school with a highly trained instructor that embeds fitness, respect and discipline in a warm friendly environment which has become my Taekwon-do family.I decided to take up Taekwon-do with my son after a friend recommended TCTKD and after my first training session I was hooked. Both my son and I look forward to each training session as each session is well planned and teaches us both physical and the theory side of Taekwon-do. Mr Sangha is a patient and caring instructor with exceptional knowledge of Taekwon-do. Can’t recommend TCTKD enough.

My son Theo thoroughly enjoys Mr.Sanghas’ tae kwondo class. He keeps it fun with the little ones aswell as learning the discipline of the martial art. He looks forward to every sunday session at tktcd.

Mr Sangha is both an excellent and patient teacher, he has helped to build my son's confidence and self belief. He has even managed to persuade me to join in classes which I have found an enjoyable but challenging way to keep fit. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

Thornton Cleveleys Taekwon-Do School has provided my son with the very best professional training available. I have seen him develop physically and mentally, gaining confidence and strength that I believe he could not have achieved anywhere else. The School’s instructor, Mr Sangha, is the epitome of professionalism and encouragement. His knowledge of the martial art is encyclopaedic and he is a thoroughly wonderful role model. I cannot thank him and his family enough, and I feel honoured to know them. Having witnessed the difference he has made in my son’s development, my wife and I enrolled our young daughter and ourselves as students, thus providing our whole family with a mutual interest and activity. Furthermore, we have met some superb people through the school and made many friends. If someone is looking for an activity for any family member(s) that will provide a fun, interesting and challenging discipline that is excellent for fitness, wellbeing and personal development, I cannot recommend Thornton Cleveleys Taekwon-Do School more vociferously.

My son Jack started coming to taekwondo around 7 weeks ago as I wanted him to learn a martial art. I was not sure he would be keen , but he has enjoyed going back each week and is now a member! Mr Sangha is so good with the children! He gives praise but is also very disciplined and teaches the importance of respect.

My 4 year old son has recently started the Lil’ Dragons programme and is thoroughly enjoying it. This is a brilliant taekwondo school where everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Mr Sangha is a fantastic instructor with a huge amount of knowledge and patience.

There is no higher praise I could sing for this local Taekwondo school. 2 of my children attend and they always look forward to lessons. We chose Mr Sangha as it was very evident from our first meeting that he had such passion for helping students be the best version of themselves and thrive. My children have grown in confidence and ability over the past 6 months and we cannot thank Mr Sangha enough for this.
