Had a massage recently. Did not catch the masseuse name but was an older lady. What can I say, she knows exactly what to do. 6 stars if I could. Excellent massage Which left me de stressed relieved and with a huge smile on my face. Great prices great service. See you soon

Wow, extremely rude owner, despite me being very, very friendly and polite. Please don't go here if you want to feel relaxed or treated with courtesy and respect. I can back up what others have said below snort the way they talk to you. I only wanted to book a massage but I think she was in a bad mood from the first word. She doesn't speak very good English and gets angry at you. I tried very hard to understand her and get her to understand me but she sighed and said oh my god" and later said "I not want talking to you anymore"! I went into the conversation feeling like I was in for a relaxing time after a hard day and left feeling upset. Plus I've noticed their prices which were good are now higher than many better places in Cardiff... which wouldn't matter if they were polite. They've lost a good customer. I much prefer places like thai touch in Canton or the oriental massage place on city road who are lovely and have never had any situations in either of those at all!"

Highly recommend the 1hr deep tissue massage with Jasmine. She was friendly and professional. Worked hard to rid me of knots and tension, amazing. Good value for money. Will be a regular customer going forward.

Had a massage with relaxing and deep tissue options. Both were really good, the deep tissue from Jasmine was amazing. We were given a loyalty card too for when we return next time.

Been to many massages places , but this one was Amazing. Professional, Value for money, And without me saying, they tagged my achy areas. As an amputee my one leg gets very achy but after going here I feel amazing. Definitely going here only now.

I have been at lampai Thai massage so many times and the service is always excellent. Jasmine is very helpful and giving me always a professional massage. Everytime I feel so relieved and my back pain is gone. I highly recommend this place.

Massage was excellent 6 stars really. Nun was great massue and Jasmine provided great customer service. Well recommend for deep tissue massage. Prices were excellent too!

My second visit to Lamphai yesterday. But this time it was completely opposite to the first . I was highly shocked and surprised the way Jasmine spoke to me. She is short tempered and very AGGRESSIVE. In the middle of the massage I just simply told her to increase the pressure and she suddenly got agitated. She even flipped and banged my leg on the table. I told her to calm down. She didn't stop. I even told her that I have got a massage from her before. She didn't care. The massage was excellent but she ruined my mood. It was supposed to make me relax but her bad temper and attitude ruined everything. I have decided not to visit this place again. Thai culture is very warm and welcoming but this lady is rude, arrogant and super aggressive. Thumbs down. Dont go here if you want to be welcomed or feel relaxed.

Highly recommended. The best Thai massage I’ve even had.Jasmin, a lovely woman, she did my foot masage.. now I feel so much relief. After this, Annie (she’s lovely and TOO strong) she did my back and I felt every bone in my body.My partner did the traditional Thai massage and he keep saying it was the best traditional Thai massage he even had.. it was a bit strong but he needed it so much.The prices are really good for their services.Thank you,Katerina and Stefan.See you soon Annie and Jasmine.
