I've been going to this gym for about 6 or 7 years. The atmosphere is lovely, very welcoming. More importantly when I started I had a problem with my bone density, for which I took medication. After a few years and after a few more dexa scans my bone density had improved so much I could come off the medication. Come and join us ladies you wont regret it!!!

Really great place to get fitter...staff are very welcoming and supportive.No mirrors and no competitve fab bodies clad in designer lycra...thank god.Just a really sensible and accessible gym.I feel fitter mentally as well as physically going 3 times a week.My sweat drips with pride and the glow of getting out there and doing something positive that fits into my busy life...brilliant!

Best Gym in Chepstow! My favourite place to be, so many amazing ladies & such a friendly positive atmosphere, none of the awkwardness that I found I got at any other gym in Chepstow, Always have such an amazing time and a brilliant workout! I have been coming here for a year now with my nan and we are both able to keep at different paces that work for us with tailored workouts from the fabulous coaches! Would 100% recommend to anyone who fancies a workout & a good time!

Amazing gym to meet new people, get involved in social events, as well as a fab place to get fit and feel good. The staff are well trained, very welcoming and provide help and support to ladies of all levels of fitness. The workouts are always different, meaning you never get bored and your body is always challenged.
