BEWARE!!! In defence to my 1 star rating that i placed on your Facebook page that you have so rudely blocked me from defending myself!!!!! I have used your business as it was myself that paid for my partner as a gift to have his ps4 upgraded by Keith( that he has ruined!!! ) and you are not sorting it out with him as you are refusing to refund!!! You should change your business name to Console Cowboy!!!! Disgusting service and openly admitted to us that he has a confined space to work in and that his animals may have trodden all over our console!!! What a lovely service!!!! NOT!!!

Keith has fixed a Nintendo DS, iPhone & iPad for me now. Collected & dropped of at my home. He is very trust worthy and honest. Great results, very pleased with the products he fixed. Great prices and great guy! Will use again and well recommended.

Took my ps3 in for repair (in perfect condition)Long story short he said he couldn't fix it so would give me a replacement.Drove to weston to his mums house to pick it up, and was given an absolutely wrecked ps3 back. Scratched all over, the top cover not even attached, the ps logo broken off, and generally in an awful state.I'm guessing he liked the look of mine and decided he would keep it himself.Avoid.

Turned up the guy was helpful and gave a rough cost for the Xbox repair from what I had told him, less then 2 hours later had it back with a new harddrive for 90 pounds really nice guy and it's working excellent

Fantastic Service, Keith said it would take about an hour to fix the disc reader as the Xbox wasn't reading the disc, went back an hour later and was all done. Unfortunately it wasn't the reader but the spinner. Keith kept it for a few days ordered another part fix it and didn't charge us any extra. Would highly recommend him. Thought I'd have to send it away but got it fixed locally, very pleased with the service, would highly recommend.
