Absolute rip off.Me and my family walked in and something was already sketchy.The owner was not wearing gloves and the place honestly just seemed very un sanitary.We ended up throwing out the drinks, as 3 out of four of us started feeling nauseous and started vomiting. We called up the place and the manager (Usman) said that no one before has ever complained and was not apologetic or empathetic at all . When we asked for a refund he refused and instead offered to give us another of his sickening drinks .The experience was overall horrible and after an hour we are still feeling very sick .Would NOT recommend

Nice n warm place in this cold weather, had two Taro milk bubbleteas and one pink ( kashmir tea) ...Excellent service, good communication and reasonable price. Much recommended.N. Gill

Tried this place on my way to the nail bar next to it. I tried their tiger brown sugar and it was perfect almost same as I had when I was in Taiwan. Tapioca was perfectly cooked. Great customer service. Would definitely go again to try their other flavours

Stopped here for the first time and it was amazing. The fruit tea was delicious and my partner had the tiger brown sugar tea which he said was one of the best he'd had! Would recommend to those wanting bubble tea

Boba did not have enough tea flavor, tasted like only milk. Otherwise was clean.

Best bubble tea in town! I keep ordering from them like every other day as am addicted by their tea. The most important part why I like them is that they don’t ask “sugar level, ice level” and tea is always the same taste! I know which one to order if I want something sugary or less sugary.

Amazing bubble tea, best in Oxford!Definitely deserves its high rating. Taste is superb, lots of flavour choices, and great tapioca. Cannot recommend highly enough

Yummy Bubble Tea
I ordered a honeydew milk tea which is normally green. The woman gave it to me and it was bright pink so I asked if it was definitely honeydew, she said it was. It was definitely not honeydew and whatever it was it was not pleasant. Don’t waste your money here
