What an absolute Gem of a place! Set in a lovely village and next to a children's play park so would be ideal location for a family day out for an explore and picnic.

Its ok, is what it is, has a play area, but its a walk away from town centre of Ystradgynlais, which have some lovely coffee and bakery shops. As a town i would give it a 4.5 lovely people and very welcoming.

Beautiful place to go on a nice day. Stunning views and quiet. Took own food but did see some services provided such as a food truck and public toilets. Left at 9am and didn't get back until half 6 so definitely worth it.

It's an interesting part of the area's history. And through ystradgynlis they have local history boards, worth taking the time to read them
