Great friendly practice that's reasonably priced.

The usual five star service received from Westoe Vets this morning. Thanks to Victor and the lovely receptionist who saw us first thing this morning with Bailey our Labrador. We've always used this vets for all our dogs, much preferring the independently owned practice set up. Lovely, kind, caring and knowledgeable staff. Pleased to say Bailey is fine now and sends Labby Licks and best wishes to all.

The receptionist I spoke to had an appalling attitude. She was very judgemental and unhelpful. She practically accused me of neglecting my cat. I’m so upset. I can’t believe I rang you for help and you’ve made me feel like I’ve allowed my cat to suffer, which is not true! Instead of offering to help she just kept repeating that I should’ve took the cat in earlier. If My cat had any symptoms (apart from the occasional wee on a dropped towel or blanket) , or If I had any inkling that she was suffering in any way, I can assure you that I would’ve took immediate action. I will take my cats to another vets now.

Lost my dog today after almost 18 years and once again, the Staff at Westoe vets have been incredible. Over the last few weeks I've called several times about my old man and have been given advice from the lovely ladies on reception. I have always rated Victor highly and today was no exception. Thank you to all for looking after my man.

What can I say about the service I and my very old puppa got here? In a word WOW!! My dog is as I said getting on in years shes 15 this year, over weight, losing her teeth and has arthritis which stops her from going far. I took her to get her teeth cleaned which at her age I was very worried about as it meant her getting fully put out. The vet allowed me to stay with her until the sedation took affect. This allowed my puppa to be as relaxed as she could be and myself. They called me as soon as she had come round and I was able to collect her straight away. She had her teeth cleaned, 2 roots removed and her claws clipped. The price didnt brake the bank. It may not be my dogs favourite place to go but I would definitely recommend this vets. Thank you

We had our beautiful border collie (Vito) put to sleep, and cannot thank Victor and his assistant enough for their kindness shown during this very sad time. we have always used Westoe vets ,and Vito was always at ease whenever he made a visit here. I wouldn't hesitate using this practice again. Whilst writing this review we've just received a lovely card from the vets regarding the passing of Vito .How lovely is that. Thank you Westoe vets. Your kindness is appreciated

Been our vets for about 12 years and always found to be caring.

The only vets I would ever use. Sadly had to have my cat put to sleep yesterday - Victor and his staff were outstanding. I was even given a snipping of her hair in a tiny bottle as a keepsake. Then this morning I received a lovely sympathy card. Thank you all so much.

Brilliant veterinary service, they've looked after our new dog and made sure they checked everything on him. Recently needed them at short notice and they helped straight away. Very happy with there service.
