Filthy and terrible customer service. I stayed at Riverside Lodge, New Forest Nov 2022. Cost over £1000 for 3 nights. The photos speak for themselves. Apart from the disgusting state of the lodge the Customer Service was appalling. No responsibility taken by this company who is mis-selling and mis-advertising and which does not take accountability. I will never use this company again, warning other innocent customers who might consider spending their hard earned cash.

Such a great place to stay! Comfortable, spacious and has everything you need. Really welcoming family feel to it, and in such stunning surroundings. Was in the area for the golfing, and you are in touching distance of some truly great golf courses - so a great base for that too. Try it!

We had an amazing stay at Osmund House, great social spaces, very clean and a short walk from Salisbury town centre.
