Superb plumbing service. John arrived to sort out our leak very quickly and returned as promised to install the new valve. Friendly, experienced can-do people that are good to deal with.

Amber heating have recently done some work for us and what can I say, what a fantastic service. I called expecting a delay with getting someone to work on our heating system. The very next day we had one of their experienced engineers in our house. All work was carried out in a covid safe way with such an attention to detail. So happy to find a reliable heating company. Would recommend to anyone.

Very promising so far! I went personally to the office to ask for advise. Next morning an engineer came to my house to messure and get all the details. Now I am waiting for a quote. Hope for the best!

It's not often you get a company that gives such great service and value, but Amber ticks all the boxes. Very friendly and very professional engineers. Will be using them on our next project next year.

Asked for fix and service.Excellent effective and thorough service checking and adjusting all equipment including boiler plus vents and safety equipment.No push of parts or equipment renewal, even than an older boiler. Diabolical. No one communicates. They fitted the boiler 1 year ago. Forgot despite sending a reminder letter. Refused to do valve on radiator despite explaining when booking.Assured all would be organised. Moody Margaret turned up.

All the things they pride themselves with unfortunately weren't apparent...I paid upfront...there was previously a gas fire at premises...I very much doubt it was fitted wrong at the time...half service done..left with wall opened for when service of gas fire was complete... In very cold weather...bearing in mind only half the service carried out feb23 they never said they would charge more to complete..at the time. April got another bill for finishing when I asked why I had already paid ...told not to do anything ...thought that was the end of it.. then I got an email saying there had tried to communicate I hadn't responded...it was them who told me not to pay until they spoke to their manager...went to CAB who told me they are in breach of there contract...to add insult when they had booked to come back and I had booked the day off got a phone call cancelled work because plumber off sick...I didn't charge them for wasting my time...

On the job within a day. Professional and straight to the problem. Ordered the part and fixex promptly . What more could u ask. Used them for a while now on a few properties and haven't been dissapointed. Great price great service. I appreciate their help 100%. Needless to say the number is saved on my phone and will be using again.
