I had the best day ever in their salon. I’ve called early in the morning for an appointment in the same day as I am pregnant and I really did not have time to prepare in for my baby shower. They’ve been quite busy but still promised to call me back, as I needed an urgent appointment.The lady owner of the salon came for me from her day off and they managed to book me in for the same date.I was so excited, for a long time I am trying to take more care of my hair and use natural products.I’ve done everything in their salon on the last minute. From cutting my hair , to applying an amazing colour , eyebrows and feet treatment plus colour at such a reasonable price for the quality.I am deeply grateful for fitting me in so quickly and for being treated so nice. They really made me feel so beautiful in my pregnancy. They are a beautiful team.Thank you so much again . I will definitely be back . I can say this is my favourite colour and outcome from when I started to colour my hair . This is just the best.I would recommend everyone to go to this salon, your hair feels so so much healthier and different after you coming out from them. And the colours are just 10 out of 10 .

I’m a regular client of Anne’s. Her service has always been impeccable. She’s an absolute perfectionist when it comes to my hair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! It’s great to see a successful woman in business.The rest of the team are always lovely.

Went to the Enfield branch for a balayage for my graduation, sat for 4 hours when I was told 2 and received a style which wasn’t similar to the picture i had show so left quite hangry. The director of the salon called me the following day which I was quite surprised about and she apologised for my experience and was helpful. However, I had to leave work early and travel a total of 30miles and pay for parking in order to get my hair corrected by her. I then waited for an hour for treatment to begin and then sat there for a further 2. In total I have sat in a salon chair for 7 hours to still have large amounts of brown through out the balayage where it should be blonde. Not only that the original blonde I had is now white. So I have streaks of brown and white in what was supposed to be my brown to blonde balayage. Definitely was not worth £200 so I unfortunately will not be returning. No option to attach pictures to this review unfortunately

I came to do eyebrows, first time it was excellent job so I decided to come again. Unfortunately, I had a different staff member who is not experienced so I had to redo my eyebrows at another salon. Lack of consistency in the service put me off from coming here again.

Wow.This salon has rescued my poorly box-dyed hair and given it a new leash of life. It may have been an all hands on deck operation but all the staff were amazing from start to finish. Special shout out to Romina (hope that’s how you spell it!) for her smiley approach even though my hair was definitely nothing to smile about! She could see I was very upset and reassured me that she would essentially get my confidence back. Mentions also to Anne, Megan and Marina - all were so lovely and very helpful.Highly recommend coming here. Great price and a consultation booked in free of charge in a months time to check up on my hair!Thanks Solange Aveda. Will be back.
