We booked for a hairstyle for an event for my daughter. Pre-paid £50 and when my daughter turned up the styler was late and as she was styling, my daughter could see the style wasn’t to what she wanted. She asked politely for it to be redone so the stylist was rude and told her that she’s been her with a long time and can’t possibly do anything else. My daughter came back crying and we had to pay another hairdresser to redo her hair and it ruined her whole day. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional.

Really disappointed by the beautician who did my nails. Told me wrong stuff like ooh the glue under your nails will go after to 2 days .... yeah with my capsules. This is the first thing they teach you do not let glus under its gonna unglue the capsules. Didn't clean under my nails before to start. Didn't desinfect her hands or some tools, used the brush from the color shellac to do my French. I even had to explain her how to do her job. I'm beautician and what she did was level of a beginner. I really don't recommend this salon for nails!!!. However thanks Vanessa for my feet and thanks Bella for my braids this is why I put stars

Unscrupulous business practices. You pay for a senior stylist and they overbook so much that a junior ends up doing 90% of the work. The experienced stylist only finishes the last 10% and your hair ends up over dried and frazzled .It's all about the money. Be prepared for arguing and shouting amongst the staff who bicker the whole time - very unprofessional. . The salon itself is tired and dirty. Would not recommend.

After having been to the same salon for 5 years I was nervous to try somewhere new but I was so happy with my highlights at Chameleon. The staff were friendly and efficient and I am so happy to have found a great salon closer to where I live. I only wish I had come here sooner! Highly recommend.

This salon is horrible. They're unprofessional and unregulated. I had a dreadful experience following a keratin treatment with Keeara. My hair simply snapped every time I touched it. The staff make up their prices as they go along and if you dare to ask to see a price list they say they don't have one, or that it's 10 years out of date. If you value healthy hair DO NOT USE THIS SALON!

Phoned up got an appointment straight away despite them being busy. Full head of highlights and cut and blow dry. Good value, great service , friendly staff that listen to the customer. Would definitely recommend Kiara to everyone. Thanks.
