Aura Print

The designers do a lovely job answering all the questions you may have regarding your designs. Sometimes it can take a bit to here a response, but nothing extreme. From what I can tell you won’t here anything throughout the weekend, but other than that their communication is good. Product wise, I have been thrilled to see my designs printed. The quality of their printing is fantastic and I love the variety of paper choices available. Also, delivery is quick and I truly appreciate it, and it doesn’t affect the quality of the prints.

I ordered my artwork printed as greeting cards and they came out absolutely beautiful! I found the ordering process to be slightly confusing (sending in my files after placing the order) but customer service was super responsive and made everything go smoothly. Will definitely be using them again!

I ordered a custom deck of 36 cards (Tarot sized). Each card had a unique front and back, and I also ordered a box.I really had a great experience with Aura. They responded promptly and answered all my questions thoroughly, were very willing to help me navigate the process and figure out what the right choices were for me. When I made choices that might have led to a bad outcome, they politely pointed them out to me so that I could correct them.When the product arrived, it was top quality. All the cards looked exactly the way they did on the screen, the cards felt good. Everything felt just like the times that I've bought a deck of cards in a shop or online. It felt exactly the same, and for my deck to feel and look like something I'd bought in a store gave me a real thrill.Above all I feel very good that Aura was comfortable taking the time to communicate with me and help me answer all the questions that I had.
