Monica's Nail

Nails look lovley spent a good amount of time on them and they were exactly what I wanted! THEY have lasted over 3 weeks except I broke two myself will be going back for infills defenatly rate this salon

1 set of acrylics i have ever had and they looked nice but didnt last they hurt like hell for the first week I DO NOT RECOMEND they crumbled and fell of within 2 weeks and i have holes in my nails that where underneath AVOID

Only go if your desperate..Staff can be extremely rude and rushy. They can be spiteful and when you tell them something hurts they ignore you. My mum asked for her nail to be filed down some more on the corner and the man just shook his head at her huffing and puffing.Nails don’t look terrible but because it is so rushed I had paint on all of the skin around them.I don’t think it is worth the prices they charge.

Rude staff! I got there just after 6pm and they tried to tell me I was late, knowing that the shop closes at 7pm. They then gave a comment about the weather, therefore theyd be closing earlier. If they did not want me there, they should have said!The woman that did my nails had so much attitude, and at some point I had to ask her if she was okay. She was harsh with the way she handled my nails and also she hurt me with one of the files because she was doing it so carelessly.It’s not okay to feel unwanted especially if I am paying. I tried my best to keep the peace but just for their customer service, I do not recommend this place and they need to sort out how they speak to people.

The overall experience is fair and by far not the best of salons I have been to. Depending on who I have had I have been burned by the nail artist filing too low a number of times on a number of occasions.I have had other salons comment negatively on the workmanship, noting how my nails were filed too low leaving a line when my nails have been infilled.Gel work quality again depends on the nail artist. There have been times the gel has been done very well and others where the work has been sloppy leaving brush marks on top and gel under the nail.Overall, the experience is ok. But I would probably only come to this salon when I can't get to my preferred salons.

Love this nail shop,never left this shop unhappy with what they have done.

I’ve been to this nail salon 6 times and always left with the prettiest nails and if I find a little thing wrong I automatically hate them but they are always amazing and has never cut me like some places I’ve been too. I wouldn’t say they are extremely rude at all but i have noticed a few things which it annoys me as it’s so unprofessional . . .- when I’m getting my nails done I find it so unacceptable to use their phones while they sit and wait for your nails to Dry.- stand around being loud and eating infront of customers.- my nails have been rushed once which ain’t nice because I actually enjoy getting them done and relaxing.But all in all they are always so clear on what works best to suit your needs or wishes.

I had gel varnish put on my nails today by a lovely young man called Duy.Many reviews on here comment on staff rudeness however Duy was polite and friendly. A smile goes a long way and Duy smiled a lot.

Rude & miserable, They use electric machine to file nails untill your fingers burn.You tell them its burning yet they carry on! English poor.
