I was apprehensive about entering into the idea of support for my anxieties and ongoing issues using solution-focused hypnotherapy.But after a call with Joe Forshaw, my worries were put to ease and I had my first session.I found that Joe was beyond welcoming, he truly cared and had a passion for the time spent.Joe was understanding and friendly, his professionalism and knowledge in his practice were exemplary and went some way to explain every step of the process in detail but at a level, I could get to grips with.I went through several sessions with Joe, I was taken back by how well each session worked, I did feel a difference the following days of each session, he gave me a couple of personalised recordings that I use to this day when I feel the anxiety getting too much.
