Ordered a hot Carmel macchiato with blonde roast on just eat and received an iced Carmel macchiato with signature roast. Spend £15 ordering drinks you’d like to think you’d get the one you paid for!!

Reasonably enjoyable, but you couldn't do it too often. It's very American in how sweet the drinks tend to be.

I've visited many a Starbucks and almost always got what I expected - pleasant staff and the usual food/drinks that are enjoyed worldwide. But this Starbucks had something extra...space and time to relax and details of service that conveyed personal attention without being pushy. Thanks guys.

Also a great customer experience by the staff there and my favourite coffee spot in Bangor, been going since it first opened and will continue doing so.The sit in experience is quite nice and a pleasant spot to relax after doing some shopping. I like that you can sit for a couple hours and no one is rushing you out. 10/10

Well just had the most patronising experience at Starbucks.Ordered an iced coffee and asked for a straw .. told by female staff no straw for that drink.. drink it like a sippy cup. She laughed at me for asking for a straw . Then i got my partner to get a straw for me and she went on and on and on .. very embarassing . Told me off like i was a child. Customer service zero

Very poorly treatment the staff was cheeky and accused me and my mate off messing about and threatened to ring the PSNI on me for crumbling a bag of doritos and putting it in the bin, I do not recommend coming here as the staff treat you poorly and there are loads of reviews wont be back

Ignorant staff. Stood as the only person in the queue for 3 minutes as staff chatted. One looked up at me, no acknowledgment of my presence, continued to babble on. Awful.
