TCP Accountants

Sometime ago I was not happy with their responsiveness to customer requests and decided to switch my accountant. Now we discovered that they even didn’t do a proper handover. No adequate records were made in Sage for traceability or for someone else to understand how the annual accounts were done! Not recommended as I already moved out.

Nothing is to much trouble for them, everytime we speak they always ask how my mum is (who also worked at the club until covid hit). Having recently set up a limited company and having very little accounting knowledge i was looking for an accountant who would be able to proactively guide me through the process of setting up and running a successful small business. As a new digital 'start-up' finding the right accountants to guide you through the complex minefield of Tax and VAT is paramount. TCP have guided us in exactly the right direction and taken away some of the added stress that comes with the 'financial administration' of a business. I can't describe how good TCP are I really can't! The whole team are so helpful and make everything see easy to understand. If you are starting a business or been going a few years it makes no difference to them, they reply to all emails quickly and make it very easy for you. David is a true professional and is always onside to help and Rachel has a hard job answering me all day but still manages it well!I'm lucky I found these guys and hopefully will have a working relationship for many years.
