Amanda is super professional and amazing. Very clear and professional and helpful. Always giving tips and tricks to improve your practise but also personal life too. I would 100% recommend Amanda for a perfectly peaceful practise!

I would recommend Amanda Laughton to anyone. She encompasses all of the very best yogic principals in her practice which enables you to be calm, centered and at peace with whatever you are able to bring to her session that day. A wonderful warm energy and a beautiful soul.

Yoga was introduced to me by Amanda. Never attempted yoga before so was a little apprehensive. What an amazing experience! I have not looked back! Amanda takes on board any ailments you may have and is extremely patient with you. If you haven’t thought about trying yoga, I recommend Amanda’s classes.
