Flavor is very strong! If you are spicy lover don’t miss this! Recently here can order the ‘Christmas Tree’ Super cute! Nice service, friendly staffs. There is also can watch the ‘face changing show’, kind of traditional Chinese acrobatism.

We came with no expectations and were blown away! What a fun way to share a meal! The staff were ever so friendly and explained it all for us and made us feel so welcome! The food was excellent and all of us ended up really enjoying the experience! We highly recommend coming here for a fun family meal or as a party starter with friends.... And you're provided with aprons so your party frock will be stain free. This was ever SO nice and one person in our party was in a wheelchair and the staff went out of their way to accommodate for us all! A lot of room for the chair and easy access to toilets as well. This place really made us all feel very welcome! We will definitely come again!

We had Sophia as our host today and she was superb. This was our first visit and she walked us through the menu and how to order and taking into account my allergy to shellfish, there is a lot to choose from and the food is filling without feeling stuffed. I recently visited Haidilao, and it was a fantastic experience! The restaurant's ambiance was welcoming and cozy, making us feel right at home. The variety of dishes was impressive, and each one was delicious, especially the signature hot pot which was a delightful mix of flavors.What made our visit truly exceptional was the service provided by our waiter, Xiang Li. Xiang Li was attentive, friendly, and very professional. She had a great knowledge of the menu and helped us make perfect choices. recommendations were spot on, and she made sure our dining experience was comfortable and enjoyable.

Great food, and I only deducted one star only because we have eaten in the Haidilao branch in Asia (Singapore) recently -- the variety of food there is significantly better, especially the dessert selection. Other than that, the sauces are superb.

The restaurant offered a delightful dining experience with a variety of fresh ingredients and flavorful broths. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was prompt. We came here with a small child and Yan Cong were very attentive. She all the time offered food and toys for the baby for her not to be bored!Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely go back here again!

We always come back for hotpot and courteous service. Nicole and Jing Yuan provided us excellent service and were caring. They helped us handle the foods, proactively asked if anything they can help you make our meal better. They are definitely an asset to the restaurant. We enjoy the time having our dinner here. It is always our hotpot place.
