Popped into this shop as i was passing, needed an accessory for my spray gun that I had just bought (not from their). Asked the chap if he had the accessory that I needed, he said no which is fine, then says where you get it from, I replied with crown, to which he replies rudely I suggest you go to them and ask them for it then go to where you bought it from. All I can say is I've heard off other decs that the guys rude and disrespectful and low and behold.

The receptionist woman is the worst person I've ever dealt with !! The attitude and bad language is unbelievable! Talks to people like they are scum! Doesn't care if she has been threatened with going to management as she is the manager !!

Telephoned to ask advice regarding floor paint for garage, member of staff advised of a certain type and advised that only one coat was needed and one tin would cover area required. The paint cost over £70.When used the paint this didn't do as staff member advised, not enough paint to cover the floor.Went back to MJ supplies to rectify the problem and was met by a very rude woman, who told me I should not have took advise over the phone and I was made out to be a complete liar.Needless to say I will never step foot in the place again or recommend them to anyone.Have since rectified the problem by telephoning Dexter's paints in Blackburn, who I would highly recommend, and who are also cheaper.

Pffft no idea what some folk are talking about. Having dealt with these people for the last seven years, I have had no problems at all. If I have had an issue it has been rectified quickly and efficiently. Fab service, long may it continue! (And Natalie is my fave!)

Have had the privilege of working with this company for past few weeks and I would give them five stars as they have friendly members of staff and the quality of paint is perfect, they are also the cheapest around. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

No toilet available to use after a long kourney

DO NOT USE!Arrange to have a airless spray machine repaired with owner and to hire a replacement machine and wanted a £300 deposit and £165.00 per week for hire machine!I traveled 20 miles in the morning to find when I got there no body was available to assist me so had a wasted journey!! I made additional arrangements with him to return in the afternoon and when I brought my machine in And put it on the counter he rudely told me to take it off and put it on the floor to which I did.He then rudely stated that the head of the machine was cross threaded and he wasn’t prepared to touch it as for that part would cost £400 but again he repeatedly said that he’s not prepared to touch it!So after a wasted day I was no further in getting my machine repaired and was left feeling that I was going to have to buy a new machine at a cost of £2000!To conclude I found a reputable repair centre who repaired tthe machine for a reasonable cost of £140 and supplied a replacement machine free of charge whilst he fixed mine, just to add the head locking nut WAS NOT threadedUnfortunately I can’t give lower than 1 star!

I have spent a large amount of money over the years with this company. Recently bought another spray gun which was faulty, so returned it to the dragon on the counter and was rudely accused of tampering with it. Very poor customer service. Be aware!

Excellent service from start to finish. Can not fault any part of the process, communication 1st class. Ordered & collected same day. Exactly the colour I wanted at very reasonable price. Will definitely use again

Not quite sure why the negative reviews, I have never had a problem tbh and found everyone very helpful. All i will say is try for yourself and make up your own mind.
