Terrible customer service. Nobody answers the phone (voicemail is always full) and they never reply to your emails. I had 1 item which broke in transit and still waiting for a big block of clay that was never dispatched. After waiting for more than a month still no clay or replacement for the broken item

Really poor customer service, poor communication - ok when things go well, but no response or poor response when things don't go according to plan. Waited nearly a month for my items, just for them to say they were lost in the post and couldn't claim back compensation from Royal Mail! My order was under £20, they did refund, but that wasn't what I wanted! Don't bother!

Bought several items for my dolls house, I've found the company to be great on price , excellent choice, good package and dispatch times.Very satisfied in fact ordered more items.I think they have good quality items and excellent service.More wonderful items I received today ,can't thank you all enough especially Tammy.The items are high quality.

Originally had a rough experience with a package not arriving but the kind and comunicative owner ensured that I got a replacement and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The pieces I ordered were very well made and I will definitely order again.

Ordered my shop kit yesterday afternoon, couldn't believe it when it arrived this morning at 8.30am, what a lovely surprise. Fabulous, quick service from My Tiny World, will definately use them again.

I'm at the end of my tether, the company have had my bank details, I've had no goods, tracking shows there has nothing been done.I asked to cancel my order 5 days ago to which she said she would keep me updated, I've had nothing, Sent countless emails and rang to no avail.I will not be using this company again, nowhere on the website does it say it's shut, really don't need all of this.

I was so excited to have found some of their products.I made my order, despite the website advising two days for delivery, I waited a week just for dispatch before I contact them. 3 emails later (and confirmation of the emails was received), and they still couldn’t be bothered to reply. I then found them on eBay when I tried to replace the items there.One day I’m told they should’ve arrived by that time, and they’d send me ‘another’, then I had to chase that package too. I gave them another week, and they denied having that message too. Said they’d send the Tuesday, first class recorded. I contacted them after the postman had been Thursday, to get told they hadn’t bothered sending it yet. It’s now been over a week since they have allegedly posted a replacement, and, no surprise, it hasn’t turned up.To add insult to injury, they gave a false tracking number to PayPal, which shows no parcel was ever accepted by Royal Mail, Royal Mail have confirmed it hasn’t been accepted by them, and mytiny world have denied me any proof it was ever sent.On checking the website, one of the items is now out of stock! Why not just be honest and send the items you did have and do a partial refund?Wouldn’t have even given them one star if it was possible. Shame, since I really wanted my order.Check other online reviews - it seems they have a lot of “missing” parcels.

Communication is terrible. The miniature skirting boards I ordered were of good quality but the flooring sheet was not. Don't expect a reply to any emails you send.

Terrible rip off company. Wish I'd seen the reviews before parting with my money. All I can say is that they do not exist but take your money happily. Do not deal with them or order anything!!!!
