We recently changed over to use Hiicoms telephones and Ethan was polite, understanding and very good at teaching me how the new system works. He managed to answer my 101 questions and truly made the experience seamless. Couldn't thank him enough.

The new system installed by Hiicom works very well but communication on the install and changeover wasn't a clear as it could have been.Took a number of weeks to get some support for a headset that was supplied which couldn't be installed properly with the rest of the equipment, however we've got there and Ethan in particular was a huge help. He was attentive and patient, very clear in his instructions which isn't always easy by phone and within 10 or so minutes the headset was working perfectly.

Ethan has been extremely helpful and thorough with ensuring our new phone system is up and running and we all understand how it works and the process behind the calls.He has been super friendly and knowledgeable.

I have recently dealt with Ethan Casement at Hiicom regarding setting up our company mobile apps and company directory. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He emailed and phoned exactly when he promised - excellent customer service!!

Recently we have changed our telecoms & internet provider to Hiicom. Speaking as I find I cannot praise Hiicom enough. We have moved from the uncaring BT who couldn't care less about the customer to a company that so far is a breath of fresh air, it is all about customer service. Our experience has been that Hiicom, in particular our account manager Montell Savanhu have been brilliant. The changeover was seamless and painless, we were trained on the equipment. To be honest the systems are quite advanced for our simple needs and we had a few issues understanding the capabilities of the new system, not to worry Montell and the team have been brilliant and sorted everything out in 1 phone call.YES!! an actual human, who understood my problem, was able to login into the account and make changes in real time, No pressing, 1 -2-3, No holding for 20 minutes only to be disconnected.Thank You Montell and Hiicom..

I recently reached out for assistance with the iPECS ONE app for iPhone, and I must say, the support I received was exceptional. Despite it not being an urgent matter, the response was prompt, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a helpful human named Ethan on the other end of the line. Ethan not only provided detailed instructions via email, but he also went the extra mile by following up with a phone call to ensure everything was running smoothly. It's truly refreshing to experience such a friendly and personal touch in customer support. I highly recommend HiiCom's services!

First Class Service. I cannot say how impressed I am with this company. We had a few problems along the way, but the guys in their tech dept. sorted them without fuss. Very good, i would use them again.

Monty helped me set up the mobile app so that I am able to work from home easily. He guided me through how to install the app and the log in process and made it very easy for me!!!! Thanks so much for your help Monty, you are a super star!!!

We have recently switched to Hii Communications for our telephony and broadband. The Service provided by Charlie and the team has been fabulous and nothing has been too much trouble. A very seamless service. Great engineers on site.We are loving our new phones and hope to be making the most of it's facilities. Today I logged a call to make some changes and was expecting to have to wait a few days but Ethan sprung into action and whilst I was still on the phone they were quickly completed and in place. Fab service.I look forward to a happy telephony relationship with Hii Comm. Well done all.

Ethan came and installed our new phone system today... Top stuff from Ethan... knew the system inside out and gave us a great overview... was friendly and supportive throughout and couldn't have asked for ore from him! Tope stuff... great service.
