The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and the range of products was truly impressive.As someone who is not particularly handy when it comes to DIY, I was relieved to find that the staff were able to provide expert advice and guidance on everything from measuring up my space to choosing the right fittings for my kitchen unit. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and were happy to answer all of my questions.
