Went for consultation 3 weeks ago with Paul and haven’t thought about my back and neck since! I’ve had a bad back my whole life and tried different massages and chiropractors but was only left with relief for a day or two then back to pain. Paul was so professional and made me feel so comfortable throughout, extremely good value for money especially as I thought I may have to pay for a few sessions but the root cause was fixed then and there! Please don’t hesitate to book an appointment I’m so so glad I did and can’t recommend it enough

Can't recommend Prentice Sports Therapy enough. Iv had problems with my rotator cuff the last number of years. Paul treated it with dry needling, soft tissue release and trigger point release. Expert in his field. Many thanks, ill definitely be back.

I was recommended Paul by a friend, and decided to contact him regarding my very painful shoulder and arm. Paul suggested doing the dry needling to get my arm recovered quickly. Paul was amazing, he made me feel comfortable and reassured me, keeping asking me if i was ok. It took only 2 appointment, and I am delighted with the results. If you have any problems with regarding any kind of pain I would highly recommend prentice sports therapy

Couldn't recommend this place enough. After just 1 session and less than 1 hour with Simon I had immediate pain relief and almost full mobility of my frozen shoulder which has been a problem for 2-3 years. Can't rate these guys highly enough. Was reluctant to try another physio after being told my pain was probably in my head. Simon picked up on the main issue almost immediately that noone else had. After 2 sessions the dry needling and manipulation has done wonders for the discomfort that I've been suffering for 5 years +.

My daughter and I were suffering really badly with hayfever and it was ruining summer for us AGAIN! Tablets, arm bands, eye drops, and nasal sprays weren’t working! It was leaving us exhausted, low in energy and unable to enjoy anything really - We went to see Paul on Saturday to get dry needling done - both of us done within the hour and I can safely say I am stunned at the difference in us both - total game changer, thank you Paul, you just saved summer!!!

The physiotherapists here, including Simom are incredibly good at what they do. In 1 hour Simon was able to release all the tension leaving me with debilitating pain and help me get back on the road to recovery.Cannot recommend highly enough
