Good communication via text and did a great job attaching wheels to a kitchen island. Vern cleverly hid the wheels out of sight. I'm very happy with the work and will call on him again.

Damaged the wall whilst fixing curtain rod and was not even apologetic. Left in the middle of the job saying he will get tools and never returned. Job half and badly done. Messed up the carpet and was very rude and unapologetic and did not have proper tools.

Rating poor quality:started a job with Vern at Handyman East London also known as [email protected] he started a job he did not complete. Took out the bath and sink however, he did not return leaving uncompleted bathroom.Rating not responsive: I had to chase him via his mobile that left me uncomfortable and hassled. He left me with empty promises stating that he would call me back and or visit and then just didn't turn up.Professionalism - rating not professional: Due to my experience with Handyman East London, I would give him 1 star rating, as this is his specialism. This is the work he does. To feel comfortable to start a job and not return to finish with no communication is the worst he could have done to his client.To feel comfortable with his actions is totally unprofessional. That has set me back and overall wasted my time.

I have known Handyman East London for a few years and recently contacted him to carry out a few property maintenance jobs in relation to bathrooms, kitchens, carpentry, flooring, plumbing, painting and general repairs. Handyman East London is professional, knowledgeable and provides relevant advice. I am highly satisfied with his work and will continue to use his services in the future.

I booked this person in to come and fix some blinds. People at home had to stay in and cancel plans just to wait for his visit and he did not turn up to a confirmed appointment. Wasted all of our time as we could have booked someone more professional who could have fixed it by now instead we waited for him a week until his availability and no show!! No answering calls or giving any explanation either. Unprofessional do not use as he is unreliable which is the worst thing in this trade!

Verne was very professional and turned up on time. He had extensive knowledge of all the works we asked him to do and offered his advice. He worked quickly and efficiently and we will definitely be asking him to help again.

Turned up on time and was very professional. He located the source of the problem of the bathroom leak and fixed it there and then. Seems to have done a good job and charged a reasonable price. We recommend him and will definitely be using him again for other jobs.

Dan was very professional and he gave me really good advice on what I could do (or not) without bringing more damage to my tiles/ walls. I appreciate it. Though I did feel silly that I ended up just asking Dan to put up 3 small shelf decorations on the wall.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable and professional. For his expertise his prices are very reasonable! I particularly liked his flexibility, he was able to work around my time limits unlike others who quoted me a higher rate for coming out late afternoon. Thank you

Amazing service! would highly recommend. I contacted Handyman East London about a blocked sink plug. He came to my flat within half an hour and resolved the issue in a few minutes. He gave me a discount on the originally quoted price as it didn't take him long to fix the issue. He didn't charge any excessive 'emergency' charges. Fantastic job.
